Retrofit Steering Column Made To Fit Series:
A retrofit steering column is a column that has been sized to fit that specific
application with the appropriate mounting brackets, wiring location, cup
location and ignition if available in that model. Like our tri-fives! Most of
our retrofit columns are built with either floor shift or column shift options.
Universal Steering Column Series:
A universal steering column is a column that can be sized to fit your application. Universal series columns were typically manufactured for Street Rods & Hot Rods but several of our customers are pushing the boundaries of
where our universal column can fit for them.

Key to Keyless Ignition System
Now Available!!
ididit is your Key to Keyless with their newest addition to add to any of their tilt columns. Go keyless with a simple push button ignition system mounted directly into your brand new ididit Steering Column. While walking to your ride it will pre-authorize to start your ignition with the small Key FOB in your pocket. Key in the dash? We cannot emphasize enough the importance of planning ahead when
building a street rod, hot rod, muscle car, custom or any other vehicle.
You will save yourself a lot of time and money if you do your research and
make the decisions about what you want ahead of time or ask as many
questions as you can prior to purchasing!
ididit introduces their first Ford Top Shaft and Ford Turn Signal Switch steering columns for the 1965-66, 1967 & 1968-69 Musangs! These made to fit columns will include Mustang style knobs & handles and male & female plugs with terminals. ididit's new Mustang columns will accept a stock Mustang steering wheel or an aftermarket wheel with an adaptor. By using the stock underdash mount and a year specific installation kit, the installation can be a breeze! The new 8-position tilt 1965-66, 1967 & 1968-69 Mustang columns are available in Paintable Steel, Chrome and Black Powder Coated. As always, all ididit columns are American Made!
