Retrofit Made To Fit Series:
A retrofit column is a column that has been sized to fit that specific
application with the appropriate mounting brackets, wiring location, cup
location and ignition if available in that model. Like our tri-fives! Most of
our retrofit columns are built with either floor shift or column shift options.
Universal Series:
A universal column is a column that can be sized to fit your application.
Universal series columns were typically manufactured for Street Rods &
Hot Rods but several of our customers are pushing the boundaries of
where our universal column can fit for them.

ididit introduces their first Ford Top Shaft and Ford Turn Signal Switch steering columns for the 1965-66 & 1968-69 Musangs! These made to fit columns will include Mustang style knobs & handles and male & female plugs with terminals. ididit's new Mustang columns will accept a stock Mustang steering wheel or an aftermarket wheel with an adaptor. By using the stock underdash mount and a year specific installation kit, the installation can be a breeze! The new 8-position tilt 1965-66 & 1968-69 Mustang columns are available in Paintable Steel, Chrome and Black Powder Coated. As always, all ididit columns are American Made!
